Share Your Journey with Our Community of Resilience

One of the best parts of working in the healing professions is the honor of being invited to join our clients in their journey and witnessing their strengths, vulnerabilities, agony, growth, and victories. Life’s suffering is hard enough, but to do it alone adds a burden that can feel unbearable and hopeless.

Which gave us an idea…

What if we created a safe space where people could share their experiences in a way that helped us all feel part of a healing community? To feel connected and less alone in our woundedness? To inspire each other? And most importantly, to celebrate the power and goodness of the human spirit? We are all members of this exhausted and amazing and ugly and resilient family known as “the human race.”

We don’t have to do it alone!

We invite you to join our Community of Resilience a collective canvas for healing through self-expression and community connection. You don’t have to be a client to share your darkest and brightest times - or even the mundane ones. Whether you’re a writer, artist, musician, or someone simply moving through life with big feelings, this is your invitation to share - through your creative expression.

You may be asking-Why share of my personal thoughts, feelings, and healing?

Sharing of your story, your voice, your truth, and your experience can inspire healing and be a lifeline for others. It can also be a valuable part of your own healing journey.

What you share may echo within someone else — helping them feel seen, understood, and less alone. By contributing, you become part of a growing community grounded in empathy, understanding, and acceptance.

We welcome all forms of creative expression related to your emotional, mental, or spiritual journey.

Gratitude Garden

Research has consistently shown that expressing gratitude regularly improves our mental health.  If you need some cheering up, submit to and read from our Gratitude Garden. You can submit quotes on gratitude, a photo or drawing of something you are grateful for, or a list of a few things you are most grateful for in your life. Together let’s cultivate and spread gratitude in our lives and the world.
